Shipping Policy
I ship to anywhere in the United States. I do not serve international clients.
I use USPS Priority Mail for paintings up to 16" x 20", saucer bird baths, and note cards. These prices are reflected under each item in the product description and are subject to change. Please Contact me if you have questions or go to USPS.com for more information on pricing.
For larger paintings, room panels and bird baths with pedestals I use FedEx. Prices are based on size, weight and shipping materials. Customers are responsible for all packing and shipping costs and will be billed seperately for them.
Return & Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns and exchanges on paintings, saucer bird baths, room dividers, note cards, art posters, or commissioned items.
However, if a bird bath or commissioned piece of art is damaged in transit, please take pictures of the damage and the shipping container and email them to me. We will discuss how best to handle the situation so that you are satisfied.
All items shipped are insured.
